    Baklava is a traditional dessert typical of the countries of Turkey, Greece, the Middle East, the Balkans and North Africa. Baklava is made from thin slices of filo pastry, filled with a variety of nuts and topped with a sweet honey syrup. Baklava should be crisp on the outside and soft underneath.

     

    Ingredients: dough (wheat flour, water, corn starch, salt, preservative E202), vegetable oil, olive oil, syrup (water, sugar), pistachios

     

    Minimum shelf life: 7 days - room temperature
